Rainbow Mountain – Vinicunca

The pick up begins at 4:30 in the different hotels or hostels, with all passengers, we go to Cusipata 3332 masl (1 1/2 hours approx) place where we will have breakfast, and then continue 1 hour more trip to reach the viewpoint of Phulawasipata 4633 masl, where you can get ready to start the hike for an hour and a half (3.50km). Along the way you will be able to appreciate the snow-capped mountain of Wiñayritty, as well as some lagoons, such as the “Puca cocha”, and then you will arrive at the Vinicunca Mountain of Colors (5,070 masl).
In the company of the guide you will explore the area who in turn will provide information about the area and the mountain “Vinicunca”, then you will have free time to enjoy the scenery where you can get wonderful pictures. Optional If you wish you can continue walking for 20 minutes and visit the viewpoint of the Red Valley, for which you need to pay an additional income. At the end of the visit of the Colored Mountain we return by the same road to Phulawasipata to take the vehicle, with which we will return to Cusipata, this time to enjoy a buffet lunch. After lunch we return to Cusco (16:00 arrival time approx).
